Non Exclusive Rights:

Non Exclusive Rights allow you to use the beat for one commercial recording of up to 2,500 copies ( e.g mixtape,album or demo ). You may also use the beat for non-commercial purposes. When someone buys the Exclusive Rights to the beat you have purchased, your rights shall still stand and the beat is still yours to use. Upon purchasing Non Exclusive Rights, Sic Vic still owns the beat and is able to resell the beat to any other person until Exclusive Rights have been purchased. You must however give full credit to Sic Vic on all commercial recordings.

Exclusive Rights:

With buying Exclusive Rights to a beat, you have the right to use the beat for any recording you want to. Sic Vic may no longer sell the beat once an Exclusive deal has been agreed. You must however give full credit to Sic Vic on all commercial recordings. You may not resell the beat. You have to contact me for Exclusive Rights to a beat.

I can also make custom beats for you or your artist. The price for custom beats is $500-1500.
