(1) LEASING: Price - $10, how does this work? You get to use it for ONLY one commercial profitable purpose (mixtapes, radio play, live shows, etc). You cannot make any changes to the instrumental or resell your rights. If you do decide to use it to make profit later, you must contact (hitzforhire@yahoo.com) and purchase the exclusive rights. When a beat is purchased for leasing you will receive it through email!
Leasing Rights
Buying a leasing license entitles you to the following:

* Right to use a song recorded over the licensed beat (”Master Recording”) for the manufacture of 2,500 commercial or for-profit albums, or the sale/exploitation of 2,500 internet downloads, in either combination.
* Right to use a Master Recording for unlimited non-commercial, non-profit use.
* Right to use a Master Recording for local radio broadcasts.
* Right to use a Master Recording for one commercial, for-profit medium (ie movies, video games, websites) for soundtrack purposes.
* Right to use a Master Recording for unlimited non-profit performances or concerts (the performance may be part of a bigger for-profit show, but you may not be compensated for it).

(2) EXCLUSIVE: Price - ($500), how does this work? You got the right to do whatever you like with the instrumentals. You also become the owner of the instrumental. Your allowed to resell the instrumental. When a beat is purchased for exclusive rights you will receive the beat on a data cd and tracked out for studio purposes all in .wav format.

Exclusive Licensing

Buying an exclusive license (”exclusive rights”) entitles you to the following:

* Right to use a song recorded over the licensed beat (”Master Recording”) for commercial, for-profit and non-commercial, non-profit use in unlimited mediums, methods, or channels including for soundtrack purposes.
* Right to use a Master Recording for unlimited radio broadcasts.
* Right to use a Master Recording for for-profit performances or concerts.
* Right to license out a Master Recording for commercial use or exploitation.
* Right to use the licensed beat by itself for commercial, for-profit and non-commercial, non-profit use in unlimited mediums, methods, o
