Leasing Rights : $10.00 (LIMITED TIME)

Non Exclusive Rights allow you to use the beat for one commercial recording (for example a mixtape or an album you want to sell). You may also use the beat for non-commercial purposes. When someone buys the Exclusive Rights to the beat you have purchased, your rights shall still stand and the beat is still yours to use. Upon purchasing Non Exclusive Rights, NUCLEAR BEATZ still owns the beat and is able to resell the beat to any other person until Exclusive Rights have been purchased. You must however give full credit to NUCLEAR BEATZ on all commercial recordings.

Exclusive Rights: ($300-500)

Can be used for profitable commercial or broadcasting purposes. Once it is sold the beat is no longer available on this website and will not be resold or transferred to another party. The customer is obligated to receive a CD in the mail that will contain the full beat as an audio file, the full beat in .wav format, and the separate parts of the beat as individual .wav files. The customer will also receive a signed contract granting them the exclusive right to use the beat.
