    What are Non Exclusive Beats?

    Non Exclusive beats are beats where the producer is giving the buyer the right to use the beat, but the Producer owns the rights to the beat. The Producer can sell a Non Exclusive beat multiple times as the producer retains the rights to the beat.

    What are Exclusive Beats?

    Exclusive beats are beats that once they are sold, the buyer gains all right to that beat and that buyer only. A producer can no longer sell that beat once , as the buyer owns the rights to the beat. The buyer must give credit on songs/albums exceeding $1,000,000 in revenue.
