LEASE TERMS:
1. You must notify MasterKraftsmen, Inc. via phone at 310.498.1222 of any deals, proposals, or payments of your song to this track. If you call and there is no answer, you are required to leave a voicemail or send an email confirming your attempt to reach MasterKraftsmen, Inc.
2. Upon this notification, you will be in contract with MasterKraftsmen, Inc.'s BMI account.
3. You are entitled to use the beat as many times as you would like for recording purposes and performances. The only time you will need to share profits will be on Internet sales or hard copy sales.
4. MasterKraftsmen, Inc. is not responsible for any mixing or mastering fees associated with this project. You are, however, encouraged to contact MasterKraftsmen, Inc. for these services, as we have an in house engineer with extensive experience.
5. The clearance costs for samples used in any beat are to be split between the artist and MasterKraftsmen, Inc. This does not apply to "sample-free" beats.
6. If, at any time, you are unclear of any of the items listed, you are to contact MasterKraftsmen, Inc. via phone 310.498.1222 or email QueenKraftsmen@gmail.com for further assistance. If you call and there is no answer, you are required to leave a voicemail or send an email confirming your attempt to reach MasterKraftsmen, Inc.
7. At any time, you are entitled to offer a price of $2000 or negotiated lower rate to purchase exclusive rights to the beat.
8. Credit for the beat must always be to MasterKraftsmen whether in speech, print, or any variation thereof.

EXCLUSIVE TERMS:
1. You fully accept responsibility for any costs associated with samples included in the beat. This is not applicable to "sample-free" beats.
2. You have full writing and publishing rights to any song created from the beat purchased.
3. You can use the beat any amount of times for any course of time.
4. This beat may not be sold nor leased by MasterKraftsmen, Inc.
5. You may not sell nor lease this beat to anyone for any purpose or any amount of time.
6. You are required to state that MasterKraftsmen created the beat if asked.
